I have purchased two separate tickets..

Ticket 1) Emirates

Dubai to Athens

Ticket 2) Aegean

Athens to Mykonos.

Will Emirates forward my checked luggage to Aegean for the short trip? Or do I need to go through immigration, retrieve luggage.. and check back in?

Aegean and Emirates are interline partners.
