Similar for me, but they sent me a new replacement Choice card for my EXISTING Choice account.

Then, my bill cycled last week. Got the 24,000 points awarded, according to what appears at the summary page in my statement, HOWEVER, the points were deposited into a new/different Choice account.

No surprise, really.
