I certainly agree, but the question here is if this sort attire is ratty enough to get you hassled at the Savoy. From personal experience, the answer is yes so I'll go elsewhere. This outfit would have gotten Sarkozy tossed.

PS -- In the future, when the millennials get to the point that they can afford the Savoy and the rest of us die, the Savoy will be in deep trouble.
