On the plate: fresh octopus in a light olive oil and garlic. With spinach leaves.

My first time attempting this meal and I must say I enjoyed it. The texture was not what I expected ... More like chicken compared to the chewy pieces I've had as sushi.

The setting was beautiful, weather was slightly overcast but warm and the Sauvignon was chilled.
