Not on AA, but ATA. Few years back, my wife and I where heading to SJU via MDW. Another couple comes in and say we are on their seat, I looked at the bp! and theirs said CLT. I had to ask the FA to confirm if we where in the right plane or not. Turns out the other couple boarded the wrong gate.
