Look at ExOfficio's line of products, as well as Golite. Both have excellent travel wear. I rock a Golite men's long sleeve shirt for traveling as well as an ExOfficio short sleeve shirt. Still dressy enough that I don't get embarrassed at the lounge, but breathes well and is hand-washable in the sink when I travel to tropical countries.

My SO rocks a GoLite Middagh shirt for travel - long sleeve, but you can easily roll up the sleeve. http://www.golite.com/Womens-Middagh...rt-P47137.aspx
