If you call DB (
+49 180 6 99 66 33) they should also be able to sell you tickets for a similar price, which can be collected before travel, from any DB ticket machine anywhere in Germany (you might need the original credit card to put in the machine).
Whoops, didn't notice that switching to a 3-berth cabin bumped the price up from €49.

Capitaine Train are pretty good too, but don't have links with quite as many country's rail booking systems. (Capitaine Train win on supporting loyalty cards, though Loco2 tell me that they're planning to support those too, in the not too distant future)
Interesting, I don't see that. I checked both loco2 and capitanetrain before I posted last night: the best price I saw on loco2 for the sleeper train on random dates in Sep was £94, and capitanetrain didn't list the train at all, just the buses.
