Exactly mkjr, and as an ex-pat Canadian myself, it's something that I do miss!

For the record, I'm not a habitual smoker and I am always conscious and considerate of those around me. I do make a point of picking up a case of good cigars whenever I'm out of the country now, since we can't get them here; just a small indulgence I enjoy while travelling. Not enough to seek out smoke-filled bars and lounges though, that doesn't appeal to me. I guess I'll just pack a case in our return luggage as a souvenir and enjoy them at home.
