US Airways Express operations in PHX will ground board from one podium to 4-5 aircraft. I've seen on more than one occasion over the years someone getting off the plane after the flight attendant announces the destination.

I would assume that the new (in the past 4 years) MIA eagle's nest (which if I remember correctly is close to what DL uses/used in SLC/CVG) could have you going to the wrong plane as you walk down a walkway past 4-5 aircraft.
