C'mon, nsx, that's a bit harsh! So, you're saying that WN is the KING of misleading customers!?!

Back in the day, there were far fewer nonstop flights in the US. If you were going any distance in the 60's or early 70's, it almost required a stop or two. The government required that EA make two stops on flights between SEA and ATL, for example.

Yes, there was later abuse by some carriers such as TW (who managed to have many "through" flights to Europe with a change of planes at JFK), but that was done for display purposes for travel agent in the pre-internet era.

Now, many airlines don't even route through flights over their hubs anymore, except for WN.
