This is quite normal for EF 24 hours before departure, when the aircraft goes under airport control. Normally you can see your seat plan on Manage My Booking, however there are all sorts of reasons why that may also go AWOL for a few hours too. It could be swapping one 767 for another nearly identical 767. Usually it resolves itself. There are a few routes where all seat allocation is done at the outstation.
