Hate to bump such an old thread, but this is the exact decision I'm facing now.

I have a reservation at the Langham, but our flights have changed and now the FHR guaranteed 4pm checkout has become a lot more valuable to me.

I'm considering the FS, RC and Peninsula (WA and Trump are sold out for my dates). Any recent insight on which of the three is best?
