Hi,

We book our vehicles by category codes and these determine what type of vehicle you receive. For example, in our fleets we can offer CLMR and CLAR vehicles. The 'M' and 'A' describe the type of transmission you receive. As long as the category you book has an 'A' as the third letter you will book and receive an automatic vehicle. If you book a manual, we cannot guarantee you will receive an automatic by purely requesting it.
