There are usually regulations banning open flames (including cigarettes, pipes and cigars) in parks; look for signs as you enter and exit. Of course it's also not particularly nice for those hoping to enjoy the natural setting without the scent of tobacco in the air.

Is there any reason why you want to smoke in the middle of the forest? There are plenty of bars and restaurants that allow cigar smoking without the risk of irritating those around you.
