Bag Fees on AS Coded DL Operated Flight?
Question, and I can't find a clear answer online:

I am an MVPG traveling on an itinerary: CID-MSP AS5174 (DL4041) connecting to AS39 MSP-SEA. The ticket is on AS 027 stock ticket, marketed entirely by AS.

Since my first segment is DL operated, but AS marketed on 027 stock, do I need to pay to check two bags? Is this documented anywhere?
