I had a similar issue a while back where I was going to be in several hotels during my trip. I was advised to put the address of the last place I would be staying at.

As mentioned here, it is sometimes difficult to be honest, due to changing plans, and so personally I just put whatever information is current at the time of filling in the form or information on the website.
