I just flew 20/163 a couple weeks ago, and 137 yesterday -- both in business.

I found the seats roughly comparable, other than lack of aisle access from the window in the 32B. A few aspects were better on the 32B -- notably shoulder room when sitting up, and spacing of the tray table and the IFE screen (both of which are packed in rather close on the 77W.)
