Indeed, the EN499 Lisinski is not bookable on
bahn.de (although it should be bookable if you call DB). However, rather bizarrely, it seems it might be bookable at
en.voyages-sncf.com, including discounted 'SparNight' tickets (for seats, 6-berth couchette, or 3-berth sleeper - SNCF doesn't seem to offer other accommodation options). I'm not sure what the ticket delivery options are (ie: I don't know whether online self-print tickets are available or whether you have to obtain a paper ticket somehow).
