Did you call Red Lion Central Reservations, and ask if they have a record, either under your name, or under the reservation locator number?
If still no record, I suggest doing a conference call with Hotwire on one end, and the individual hotel's manager on the other.
Nothing under my name or those dates in general.
I just did the conference call (excellent idea) and the HW rep faxed the reservation to RL again and lo and behold, absolutley nothing. Either the fax machine is broken or just not going through. Email was the next option and it seemed to work.
The RL front desk rep told me to call back tomorrow and see if it gets sorted out, he still has to speak to the reservations department. Fingers crossed.
Thanks everyone for the help. I will be sure to update you. This has been a bad first experience using Hotwire, but you can't beat those rates!
