One thing I can say to especially younger people here. If you like to travel - and like to dine - don't rely on any of these stupid lists or try to put notches in your belt. Search out new exciting chefs in new up and coming food areas. Explore new cuisines. We were in Houston a few months back - and it has a really new and interesting food scene (kind of like Charleston 5+ years ago). I'm sure there are "Houstons" in France and similar - but since I don't live in France - I don't know about them. Robyn
