Is anyone experiencing extremely long wait times trying to reach the international awards desk at US Airways? I've been on hold for at least an hour now (and their awards reservation IVR keeps asking customers to call back later, due to weather conditions at most airports in the US?)

Any suggestions for numbers to try out?
