I've connected YYZ thru both MUC and FRA to DEL on LH in J. LH flights were A340 and B747. Both were acceptable J product with pros/cons v. AC pod and F&B service. Both had inclined lie-flat and as 2 deep, inner person did not have aisle access. F&B was much nicer, if memory serves, on LH than AC.
I've not flown AI international. I've flown AI domestic and found it, um, tired and not inspired. Not sure about AI 787 J.
I prefer MUC to FRA, just because MUC is much nicer, human-scaled, brighter airport IMO. Both served DEL.
