I've run into my first issue with EM after using them successfully for many months. Made a $500 OV payment to Toyota on 7/1. Waited to be on the safe side till 7/2 and used another OV card to pay $500 to Toyota. Both payments show as delivered on EM side. The first arrived at Toyota Financial on 7/3. The second one never showed up. Contacted support, told to wait for 5 full business days after anticipated arrival (7/7), so will contact them again on Tuesday. Something tells me this payment isn't going to get there without EV's manual intervention.
