Evolve Money adds a $1.50 fee for paying bills now. Its not optional and seems like can't be removed. Shows up as "Express Delivery Fee$1.50" on the checkout page.
Anyone else has the same or is it just me ?
From what I have experienced, only some billers allow express pay (and they always had the option for regular pay without the $1.50 charge).
