No, unfortunately you cannot use your dad's card, it is personal and any abuse of the card can / will lead to its cancellation. Using a card like this, if spotted, is considered a serious breach. Even if you have the same name as your father then there are things on the profile that - such as age and connection to the boarding pass - which could lead to a bad situation. So don't even try it, would be my advice.

However! We do have a lounge meet up thread elsewhere in this forum (see the Dashboard for the useful links), and particularly for London you have a reasonable chance that someone will be able to perhaps help you out. Maybe to a nicer lounge than Dad gets into, so just imagine the bragging rights!
