Shux, I was planning on applying for my 3rd one this morning and its still dead. I had 5 open citi cards, so i cancelled an old one last night and figured i would wait till morning to apply for this one. Maybe the zombie will awake in another day or two.
that is possible, it did wake up for few days this past weekend, specially with all the system errors and glitches citi have had in the last week.
