I've found some reviews, but they're a year or two old, so curious which of them has the most amenities or is the most relaxing?

Cheers!
My understanding is that the lounge on Concourse D is a dedicated business class lounge, and star alliance gold card holders travelling in economy are not permitted entrance. This might explain the difference in lounge offerings (ie no wine in other lounges)

It is also the closest lounge to the spa, for business class treatments.
