Interestingly, in Bratislava they always seem to copy and paste standard template responses to my messages about how they listen to complaints and value my opinion...and then insert at least one relevant sentence basically telling me to sod off.

Am I entitled to a refund of my bus journey ticket??
Has anybody had any bad experiences with customer services in Europe?
I didnt know the online forms went to a specific centre... I only have one experience with a delayed flight causing me to miss the last tube, had to get a taxi and BA refunded the cost.

I think its basically at their discretion and status might make a difference, I was silver at the time and they did mention that in their response which was otherwise fairly boilerplated. I would expect them to honour it though if they indicated they would refund the cost over the phone.
