Funny, I've never seen this with out corporate booking tool. It auto adds my HH # and I always get credit. This is in both cases where we have a directly negotiated rate or the chain wide corp rate.
Is it Concur? I know that does credit, but I suspect that it's not a 3rd party booker in the traditional sense... maybe there's a direct interface with the Hilton booking engine?
