DFW Dallas TX

Quantity is good, but quality is better.

Consider two bars, a few blocks apart, near my home in Far North Dallas.

The first has over 30 beers on tap, and yet the list bores me. You've probably had almost all these beers already, there's little unusual or hard to find.

Compare that to Jack Mac's, where they have only 14 taps, but all are Texas craft brews. It's constantly rotating list - when they blow a keg, they replace it with something different. I can visit twice a week and always find something new. If you're a visitor to the area or to the state, they may all be new to you.

Here's today's list, but it'll likely be very different when you get to town.

Now, which place would you rather visit?

Other good choices in DFW are the Gingerman and the Flying Saucer. Each has a few locations.
