You are right - the new Expressway from Delhi to Agra is probably the best road ever built in India. It is much easier now to go by road than by train.
Aman will normally pick you up from wherever you are, more or less, so if you do factor in Agra, then I am sure they will help you out. It seems, though, rather a lot of places to do in such a short time. I would put your toe in the water with the Amans and then, if you like it, return and do more of India on another trip.

Indeed, vuittonofstyle, I came to the same conclusion that I was trying to pack too much into a short trip, so resolved to make up my own "India Journey", consisting of The Leela Palace Delhi, Oberoi Amarvilas, and Amanbagh. I skipped Aman-i-khas so that I could do 4 nights at Amanbagh and save some travel time as well. I will have to return one day to do more of India.
