Agree with all the TPE comments, it's probably the next logical Asian destination. FRA sounds confusing to me, and with LH running poor loads SEA-FRA this summer (today's flight went out only 50% full and tomorrow isn't much better) adding in another carrier would probably come at the expense of LH SEA-FRA.
