Aside from the initial email acknowledging my inquiry and assigning a tracking # to it and saying that normally they get back within 5 business days, I haven't heard anything from e-rewards. I've sent a follow up email. I know that others in this thread have reported success in getting missing credit after inquring, but this is not a promising start. Still hoping. tls
I've had 3 like that pending for several weeks - they responded and credited a $1.75 survey but nothing so far on the larger ones. I have had good luck with them in the past - we'll see....
