I'm going to be in London over the Thanksgiving holiday and, while this bothers me none, one of my friends is really hoping that we can find a traditional Thanksgiving dinner somewhere.

Does anyone have any idea of where such a thing might be had?

A restaurant frequented by US expats?

I was hoping to buy him a turkey sandwich and call it a day, but that probably won't fly.
