Before I read Tchiowa's post, I was completely confused. I thought the $6 fee was for dealing with the noise issue. Of course the package/noise matters are completely unrelated, just as helping yourself to a Jack Daniel's in the minibar. Noisy neighbours are a complete pain, but in this case I think Hyatt is in the clear on the service charge (which does seem like nickel-and-diming someone.)
