Hi folks - I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know much about this.

My folks are flying into LHR in the early morning in a few weeks' time and will be staying at a hotel in Gloucester Road. They are not able to take the Tube as they are getting on in years and hefting suitcases up and down staircases and onto trains isn't really possible for them.

I just have a couple of questions if anyone could advise:

- Can anyone recommend a decent, reliable and not-too-expensive minicab service?

- What's a reasonable price to expect for this?

- They have been recommended to use the Heathrow Shuttle (www.heathrowshuttle.com) for £28 for two people, but I don't know anything about it. Does anyone have experience with this?
