Your PNR must definitely show the "TK" along with your frequent flyer number, otherwise accrual and status recognition will not happen.

How you enter that, however, depends on the interface you're using. Some websites have a field to enter airline code, others have a drop-down menu, radio buttons etc.

But again, the carrier identifier must somehow be combined with the number to make for a complete entry.
