I'd rather be in an apartment than a hotel if it's longer than a couple weeks--long term living in a hotel is annoying IMO. But I don't understand this from Marriott's perspective. Most of these are in BKK and the prices are comparable to Renissance. Much more expensive than the Courtyards and even the regular Marriotts.
