Presently staying here. I tried to use Your24 because I was arriving at the property at 3am. I was denied because I wanted out at 5am which is two hours over the limit, so I booked two nights here and another at the Sheraton in DFW. Set up my car reservation to account for this. I also indicated that I would be arriving at 3am at booking. I arrived at the property as scheduled and went to sleep. Logged onto my SPG account this morning and saw no credit for any of the three previous nights, but Starpoint credit for the property I was staying at. I learned that the property assessed me a no-show penalty. No night/stay credit, but Starpoints. Smh.

Other than that fail, I'm in an un-refurbished club room, where the WC is like an actual WC. There's water dripping behind the wall from the pipes around my room. My sink also talks. IDK. The new lobby is nice, and the breakfast was good even though I nearly missed it (9:30 cutoff). They are working on the elevators!!!
