Stayed here in April of this year. Airport shuttle service was reliable and waiting right outside baggage claim. The neighborhood felt quite safe to us and we had no problems walking around (a limited radius) at night...there are some restaurants/bars nearby which were tourist-friendly. I think we received complimentary bottled water in the room...but I dont recall for sure. We were pleased with the level of service overall. The location was also convenient for picking up a rental car nearby for our drive to Atitlan.
