All BA delays claims now on hold!!!!
That's what I have been told by BA customer relations.
I don't know if this is true or whether It is BA's way of slowing things down.
Basically 8hr delay, not quite sure of the reasons why, enquired today and asked for more information and was told all claims that are technical are put on hold as pending...I asked if this was because of the "huzar" court case and was told YES.....
so now do I just sit back and wait to see how long this takes, months, years....who knows..
This is the email I received a week ago and basically been told that's it until the outcome of the courts...

I have sent an email saying I am not happy with the decision and followed a link on page 832 compensation forum, so see what happens, but not confident about hearing anything else other than the earlier email from BA
