OZ C to SFO is a good choice. Generally cheap pricing and great flat bed seats and service on the ICN-SFO segment. As long as they nail the landing you'll have a good flight!

CX would be my choice because they are simply the best in my mind but as moondog says it involves quite a detour (although I always try to take them from PVG-SFO).

Whatever you do, don't pay through the nose for a nonstop on United or Air China!
