Agree. Amazing place.

I got two dinners included with my room, one was there and the other at Sand Box. It was good, but it was a bit Westernized for my taste. The menu items were things Westerners like to eat (Pad Thai, cashew chicken, masaman curry), and the spices and stronger flavors were toned down a lot. I live about half the year over here (this was a weekend trip from Bangkok ), and have gotten used to the Thai taste. I think Sand Box was actually a bit more authentic on some items. But there is nothing wrong with that. It's good food. They're just catering to their market in the preparation.
