Not bitter, but disappointing...

Once you've had more than one FDC in each chain compliment you on reaching Plat/Diamond and not having to spend so many nights in a hotel room ever again, tells me they missed any on-site training offered. Especially annoying when they try telling you point or discount rate stays don't get any benefits at all.
