absolutely nothing required for US citizens....

I was connecting at ICN last year. I only had less than 3 hours. Since I haven't been to ICN in a long time, I wanted to exit airside and walk around. I clear immigration and walked outside. 20 minutes later, I went back into airside. That's gotta be the shortest visit to Korea ever?
