I cannot believe they did not have someone who could not be paged at any time of the night.. It is poor management to not have someone available. A lot of companies have their techs set up so if something happens they can log onto the company infrastructure from home if something arises, and can a lot of times take care of it from there.
Also, even WITH the techs out, why was the website not shut down? Was a tech or someone even called? If so, did they say "Don't touch it until the techs get there"?
AC was/is already in enough trouble without adding this level of incompetance to the list.. What is their response? (Or has there BEEN one yet)
