And yes, intra-EU travel is "international" for the SkyTeam policies.
Funny that I was just flying AZ NAP-PMO and was rejected from accessing the lounge, though I wasn't too upset about it as the lounge agent knew the rules and was applying them correctly (she mentioned that I would be allowed in if I were connecting to or from an international flight).
