BeFrugral isn't tracking it all, so I had to open a ticket there as well!
I got notifications as soon as I placed the order for 2 out of my 3 orders. I never heard anything for the other one. But sometimes amex doesnt send out notification for whatever reason and i had always been able to get the credit
BTW I just checked my amex account, the 3 $10 credit posted as soon as the AGC charge posted
