To add here... UA's wine selection is a major source of annoyance to me. I actually might say, after the RJ-ification of the airline, it might be my #1 UA issue.
After spending in comfortable GS levels last year, is it so hard to ask for something drinkable on board? I appreciate the use of the GF lounges where the selection is very acceptable. But why is it that I can go from such a fabulous selection in a lounge to such an abysmal selection onboard, even in GF? Worse perhaps, it proves to me that you know how to do it right, but choose not to onboard.
It significantly detracts from my experience. I don't have an issue with the food, or the sundaes, or the seats, or ___. But it just annoys me that the wine onboard is so awful. And, as the OP points out, publishing a wine list is just sad when they are never available (if you even cared to drink most of what is published in the first place).
United: Please fix this. At a minimum, fix it for GF. And while you're at it, please improve the wine glasses and instruct your FAs not to fill them to the very brim of the glass

. OK, sorry for pushing it...

Thank you
