The last three times I called the Silver line, despite it clearly saying "Dr Priory1" on my account, despite me answering, "Who am I speaking with?" with, "Dr Priory1", the call agents proceed to address me as "Miss Priory1".
This is at best, mildly irritating, at worst, disrespectful. I'm not yet annoyed enough to write to Customer Services about this, but really, I shouldn't have to - using the customer's preferred title to address them is a very basic element of half-decent customer service.
Those with non-standard titles (there must be a fair few Drs, Profs, Revs, and Duchesses among FTers

), what's been your experience?
